In this week's episode, Monica and Nick discuss the Bear Brook murders. In 1985, three young boys playing in the woods of Allenstown, NH discover a mysterious blue barrel. The boys kick it over, and a rotten smell fills the air. It was the beginning of a case that would take investigators on a roller coaster of a journey from this small town in New Hampshire, all the way to California and back again. 36 years after this barrel was discovered, the case still remains partially unsolved.
